Job Description

Team Supervision: Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising store associates; foster a positive team environment. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service; resolve customer issues and complaints effectively. Sales Support: Help implement sales strategies and promotional activities; monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control processes, including stock receiving, organization, and loss prevention; conduct regular inventory audits. Operational Support: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing payroll, and maintaining store compliance with company policies. Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked; maintain visual merchandising standards. Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance data; communicate findings to the Store Manager.
