About the Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the face of our brand, representing our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your role includes assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store’s appearance, and contributing to the store’s overall success. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, stock management, and visual merchandising. 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability. 
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service. 
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally. 
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards. 
• Manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely replenishment. 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 
• Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing activities. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements. 
• Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of associates. 
• Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. 

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in retail store management or supervisory roles. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 
• Proficiency in POS systems, billing, and basic MS Excel. 
• Flexible to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
