Position Summary

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the iCRAFT Home Decor store. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to team management, operational efficiency, and new business development, particularly by targeting Architects working on new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive significant sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Proactively generate new business leads by identifying and establishing relationships with local architects, interior designers, and real estate developers. This includes making direct contact via calls, emails, networking events, or site visits.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing both on-display and off-the-shelf stock.
• Ensure the store layout and product presentation stay current, compelling, and consistent with the iCRAFT brand aesthetic.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales staff to foster a high-performance, customer-focused team.
• Be the primary escalation point for all complex customer queries and complaints, resolving issues quickly and professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products, materials, and design trends to provide specialized advice to customers.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Sunday: 10 AM to 8 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
