HR Executive Responsibilities Assist the HR department in the hiring process. Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Adjust employee benefits and incentive programs. Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations Maintain HR records, including employee files , compensation, and benefits information.
