Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Monitor stock levels, handle inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness, display, and compliance standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and control expenses.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2–5 years of retail experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of sales, inventory, and POS systems.
