Greet and assist walk-in customers with gold loan inquiries. Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits. Collect required documents and complete KYC formalities. Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term relationships. Ensure proper safekeeping of documents and pledged gold articles. Assist in arranging for gold appraisal through certified staff. Ensure transparency and accuracy in the appraisal process. Weigh and record gold ornaments in customer presence. Cross-check appraisal results and inform customers of eligible loan amounts. Handle cash disbursements as per company policies. Ensure that pledged gold is stored securely in designated lockers.
