Loading And Unloading Associate

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Loading and Unloading Worker to join our team. The employee will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods in and out of trucks, containers, or storage areas. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or storage racks manually or using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Check and verify items against packing lists or delivery notes. Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during handling. Move materials to assigned storage or delivery areas. Assist in sorting, stacking, labeling, and organizing items. Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages immediately. Maintain cleanliness and order in the loading/unloading area. Cooperate with supervisors, drivers, and team members to complete tasks efficiently. Operate warehouse tools and machinery safely (if trained and certified). Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse, or logistics preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50kg). Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods. Work in hot, cold, or noisy environments as needed. Skills: Basic understanding of safety procedures. Team player with good communication skills. Attention to detail and reliability.
