Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Retail Store Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, ensuring retail loss prevention strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets - Lead and manage a team of sales associates, visual merchandisers, and stockroom staff - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans for team members - Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales - Manage inventory levels, track sales trends, and optimize product displays - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards - Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience - Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with interior design or home furnishings industry - Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices - Certification in retail management or a related field What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company - Professional development and growth opportunities - Collaborative and fast-paced work environment *Language - English, Kannada and Hindi Show more Show less
