Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversion rate.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide coaching.
  • Handle high-value customer transactions and build strong client relationships.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom staff including sales executives, visual merchandisers, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Prepare staff rosters, manage attendance, and ensure staffing adequacy.
  • Perform regular performance reviews and contribute to HR processes like hiring and onboarding.

3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Resolve customer complaints, returns, and queries efficiently.
  • Build a customer database for future marketing initiatives and loyalty programs.
  • Personally handle VIP clients and ensure personalized service.

4. Showroom Operations

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with inventory and warehouse teams.
  • Supervise the accurate tagging of products with pricing and feature details.
  • Ensure POS systems, billing processes, and documentation are accurately followed.

5. Visual Merchandising

  • Oversee in-store display according to brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing and VM teams for store layout and theme changes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of displays and their impact on sales.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track KPIs such as footfall, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), etc.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product trends, and competitor activity to make informed business decisions.
