Role Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for running the entire Amy's App store smoothly—managing inventory, quality, staff, order processing, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-energy role suitable for people who have worked in quick-commerce stores like Blinkit, Zepto, BB Now, Swiggy Instamart, or local grocery stores with home delivery. Detailed Responsibilities 1. Daily Store OperationsOversee daily operations with a focus on speed and accuracy. Ensure fast order picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain a FIFO (First In, First Out) system for fresh items. Monitor the order queue and reduce dispatch time. 2. Inventory, Stock & Freshness ControlForecast demand and place timely orders with vendors. Check the quality of vegetables, fruits, dairy & bakery. Reduce wastage and maintain ideal inventory levels. Ensure accurate stock entries in POS. 3. Team HandlingManage a team of pickers, packers, delivery boys & helpers. Conduct regular training on hygiene, speed & customer service. Assign tasks, monitor performance & manage discipline. Resolve conflicts and build a positive work culture. 4. Quality & Safety StandardsEnsure the store is clean, organized & pest-free. Follow food safety guidelines. Maintain equipment like weighing machines, freezers, chillers, and POS systems. 5. Customer Experience ManagementHandle customer complaints, refunds & exchanges quickly. Maintain high order ratings on the app. Ensure all products packed are fresh, clean & damage-free. 6. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain sales reports, expenses & petty cash records. Handle vendor bills and coordinate with the accounts team. Monitor delivery partner performance. Qualifications–5 years relevant experience. Background in hyperlocal delivery or retail stores. Good command over inventory & manpower management. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Salary Range (optional to include)₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives (depending on experience)
