Retail Store Manager

Job Description: As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the success of our retail outlets. Your role will involve driving sales, managing resources, and creating a seamless customer experience to impact revenue, brand presence, and team motivation. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets for all products. - Monitor acquisition quality and ensure profitability while minimizing losses from pilferage and shrinkage. - Enhance customer satisfaction for walk-in clients and ensure smooth store operations, infrastructure, and stock availability. - Execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities to ensure brand presence. - Build a high-performing, motivated team through performance reviews, training, and strong leadership. - Work with internal teams such as Operations, Brand, and Marketing, as well as external stakeholders like Vendors & Suppliers. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Retail Store & Customer Relationship Management. - Proven ability to plan and forecast sales, balance profitability with operational efficiency, and tackle challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.,
