Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive and exceed sales targets across designated stores. Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability. Drive the implementation of new operational tools and technologies to enhance productivity and sales. Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage and optimize the budget for the area, ensuring cost control while maximizing profitability. Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and margin targets. Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding store operations and sales strategies. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational challenges. Utilize KPIs and data analytics to track progress and make necessary adjustments to improve results. Communicate with senior management to align on strategy and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or in a leadership role, overseeing a large number of stores or locations.
