Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our footwear store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in footwear retail, team management, sales growth, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure proper merchandise display and visual merchandising standards.
• Implement promotional activities and ensure effective execution of company marketing strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze store performance.
• Control store expenses and minimize losses, pilferage, and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with regional managers and head office for operational requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in managing a footwear retail store.
• Strong leadership, team-handling, and people management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, billing systems, and POS software.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG Diploma in Retail Management preferred).
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in footwear stores.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in high-footfall retail environments.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
