Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of AuraFloral Studio’s flagship retail store and experience centre, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and coordination across teams to support retail, e-commerce, and B2B growth.


Key Responsibilities :

1) Retail Store & Experience Centre Management

2) Efficiently manage daily retail operations and customer experience.

3) Ensure the studio reflects AuraFloral’s premium brand standards at all times.

4) Inventory & Product Management

5) Supervise product inventory, consumption, and stock levels.

6) Inform and coordinate replenishment requirements with Operations.


Sales & Marketing Performance

1) Plan and achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

2) Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches.

3) Team Supervision & Discipline

4) Supervise work performance of Maalis and store employees.

5) Maintain work ethics, punctuality, discipline, and grooming standards.


Order & Delivery Management

1) Ensure accurate execution of retail, online, and B2B orders.

2) Coordinate with delivery partners for timely and seamless deliveries.

3) Customer Relationship Management

4) Maintain and update customer database for future sales and marketing campaigns.

5) Deliver excellent customer service and personalised engagement.

6) Obtain 5-star Google reviews and customer feedback.

7) Address and resolve customer complaints or grievances promptly.


Product & Creative Support

1) Assist in preparation and updating of products and arrangements catalog.

2) Support weekly photoshoots and creative documentation.


Business Development (B2B & B2C)

1) Develop new business clients across corporate, events, hospitality, and individual HNI segments.

2) Handle specific requirements for HNI and event-based clients.


E-commerce & Website Orders

1) Ensure smooth execution of website and e-commerce orders.

2) Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for online sales growth.


Cross-functional Coordination

1) Work seamlessly with Marketing, Operations, and HR teams.

2) Provide regular operational and performance feedback to the Operations Head.


Workshops & Brand Engagement

1) Assist in organising workshops, brand collaborations, tie-ups, and customer interaction events.


Sales Records & Reporting

1) Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

2) Ensure proper recordkeeping for audits and performance reviews.

Required Experience

03 to 05 years of relevant experience in retail store management, preferably in lifestyle, floral, gifting, or luxury retail.
