As a Retail Bakery Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. Your role will involve supervising, training, and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service. It will be crucial for you to ensure that product quality, freshness, and display standards are consistently maintained. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels. - Handling cash management, billing, and preparing daily sales reports. - Planning and executing promotional activities to boost sales and enhance customer engagement. - Maintaining hygiene, safety, and ensuring FSSAI compliance within the bakery premises. - Monitoring customer feedback and addressing any issues promptly and professionally. - Coordinating with the production team for order fulfillment and new product launches. In addition to the above responsibilities, the job requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry. Proficiency in English language is also essential for this role. The work location for this full-time position is in person. Please note that food will be provided as a benefit for this role.
