Role Overview: As a Retail Store Manager for our Global Watch Brands stores, you will play a crucial role in leading the store's operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing store operations, leading sales initiatives, ensuring top-notch customer service, overseeing team management, handling financial aspects, and ensuring security and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. - Monitor and optimize inventory levels to enhance product availability. - Drive sales growth by effectively managing staff and meeting/exceeding sales targets. - Provide guidance and support to sales associates to improve product knowledge and customer service. - Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue. - Foster a customer-centric environment for an exceptional shopping experience. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly. - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff while creating a positive work environment. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback. - Monitor the store's budget, expenses, and financial performance. - Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability. - Ensure adherence to security and safety protocols. - Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the Watch Industry. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
