Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. - Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. - Monitor and optimize inventory levels to enhance product availability. - Drive sales growth by effectively managing staff and meeting/exceeding sales targets. - Provide guidance and support to sales associates to improve product knowledge and customer service. - Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue. - Foster a customer-centric environment for an exceptional shopping experience. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly. - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff while creating a positive work environment. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback. - Monitor the store's budget, expenses, and financial performance. - Implement cost-effective measures to enhance profitability. - Ensure adherence to security and safety protocols. - Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
