Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Retail Operations Manager at FirstCry.com, located in Mumbai. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role includes developing strategies to drive business growth, analyzing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, managing store staff, and maintaining adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Retail Operations and Operations Management to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Proven ability to manage Store Operations with proficiency in handling daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills, with a focus on enhancing customer experience
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies
• Experience in team management, problem-solving, and implementing operational improvements is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, stay self-motivated, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Past experience in a leadership role within the retail industry is an advantage
