Job Title: Sr Retail Finance Manager

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Head

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Retail Finance Manager to join our team at Gayatri Electric Vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retail finance strategies to support the sales of our electric three-wheeler range.

Key Responsibilities: Finance Tie-ups: Establish and maintain relationships with NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions to secure financing options for customers.

- Live Case Tracking: Monitor and track live finance cases, ensuring timely disbursement and minimizing rejection rates.

- New Financer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new financiers to expand our financing options and improve customer satisfaction.

- Finance Product Development: Collaborate with financiers to develop customized finance products for our electric three-wheeler range.

- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide financing solutions and support to customers.

- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor financing options to stay competitive.

Requirements:

- MBA in Finance/Marketing or equivalent experience.

- 8+ years of experience in retail finance, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.

- Strong network of relationships with financiers and financial institutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
