Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources at GAYATRI ELECTRIC VEHICLES PVT. LTD., based in Bhopal. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, build culture and manage employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Finance Tie-ups: Establish and maintain relationships with NBFCs, banks, and financial institutions to secure financing options for customers. - Live Case Tracking: Monitor and track live finance cases, ensuring timely disbursement and minimizing rejection rates. - New Financer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new financiers to expand our financing options and improve customer satisfaction. - Finance Product Development: Collaborate with financiers to develop customized finance products for our electric three-wheeler range. - Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide financing solutions and support to customers. - Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor financing options to stay competitive.
