Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources at GAYATRI ELECTRIC VEHICLES PVT. LTD., based in Noida. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, build culture and manage employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling recruitment and onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to management on HR matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Proven experience in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both on-site in Bhopal and remotely as required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Prior experience in the electric vehicle industry is beneficial

Requirements:

• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of HR strategy development and implementation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the EV industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
• Building culture of an organization is a plus
