Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources at GAYATRI ELECTRIC VEHICLES PVT. LTD., based in Bhopal. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, build culture and manage employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, handling recruitment and onboarding, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to management on HR matters. QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementFamiliarity with Labor and Employment LawExpertise in developing and implementing HR PoliciesProven experience in managing Employee RelationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work both on-site in Bhopal and remotely as requiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plusPrior experience in the electric vehicle industry is beneficial Requirements:10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership roleProven track record of HR strategy development and implementationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in the EV industry or manufacturing sector is a plusBuilding culture of an organization is a plus Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
