Your Role at a Glance: In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the guest dining experience event embodies the elegance and luxury for which The Imperial is known. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Management team, you’ll be integral to creating and maintaining service standards, inspiring the restaurant team, and ensuring seamless, guest-centric experiences. Your focus will span guest satisfaction, team mentorship, operational efficiency with a successful profitable operation. What You’ll Do: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations of the outlet, ensuring impeccable and high standards of service delivery. Orchestrating the service in a manner that is highly personalized for each dinner yet unobtrusive. You will be responsible for fostering creative, innovative and exclusive food & beverage experiences setting new trends in line with the market demand. Regularly review menu offerings and carry out effective menu engineering. You’ll also collaborate on menu development and innovation, ensuring offerings are fresh, exciting, and cost-effective. Further, effectively assist in the annual financial budgeting process for the outlet, both top line & bottom line. By supporting budget management, inventory tracking, and cost optimization, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals while maintaining quality. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, cultivating a culture of excellence and teamwork, and enhancing guest experiences by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards in the outlet is essential, and you’ll work closely with the outlet chef to ensure smooth, memorable operations. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a strong foundation in luxury dining experience. Who You Are: An experienced hospitality professional with a background in luxury or fine-dining environments. Having prior experience working in Asian, Middle Eastern and /or European region. Astute commercial/business acumen with strong customer knowledge. Exemplary F&B product knowledge, motivating the team to look upon. Individual with excellent team & time management skills, capable of working independently in dynamic circumstances.
