Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, handling hiring processes, maintaining food and beverage quality, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. You will also be tasked with financial management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Hiring and managing staff
• Effective Communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is beneficial
