Restaurant Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, people management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily restaurant operations including FOH & BOH coordination. Manage staff scheduling, grooming, and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and control costs to achieve financial targets. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery. Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and events. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management. RequirementsBachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in F&B / Restaurant operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (POS). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
