Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor inventory levels and control waste to minimize costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management.
