Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Regenta Place by Royal Orchid. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
Supervise staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
