Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B service team to achieve performance goals.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, theme dinners, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to grooming and service standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹46,290.93 per month
