Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Service

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.

2. Team & Staff Management

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Create shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and professional team culture.

3. Customer Experience & CRM

• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Build customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs.

4. Financial & Cost Control

• Monitor budgets, sales, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain

• Oversee stock management, ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize wastage.

6. Compliance, Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits and staff training on compliance protocols.

7. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to drive improvements.
