Job Description – Restaurant Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant at Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Service Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency. 2. Team & Staff Management Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards. Create shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Foster a positive and professional team culture. 3. Customer Experience & CRM Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns. Build customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs. 4. Financial & Cost Control Monitor budgets, sales, and expenses to achieve financial targets. Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversee stock management, ordering, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize wastage. 6. Compliance, Safety & Hygiene Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and staff training on compliance protocols. 7. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to drive improvements.
