Create shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels. Foster a positive and professional team culture. 3. Customer Experience & CRM Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and handle escalated customer concerns. Build customer relationships through personalized service and loyalty programs. 4. Financial & Cost Control Monitor budgets, sales, and expenses to achieve financial targets. Control operational costs and optimize resource utilization. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversee stock management, ordering, and vendor coordination. Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize wastage. 6. Compliance, Safety & Hygiene Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and staff training on compliance protocols. 7.
