key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Oversee inventory, vendor management and supply chain coordination.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Drive profitability through efficient cost controls and operational strategies.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, reporting and payroll.
• Support staff recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
  

What We're Looking For

• 6 to 8 years of Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent Communication, Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• In depth Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-oulet environment.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field if preferred
