Job Description

We are hiring a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of a branded hotel chain restaurant offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus.
The role involves managing daily restaurant activities, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management to maximize profitability.
Duties also include planning menus in coordination with chefs, implementing marketing and promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership skills, the ability to handle guest concerns professionally, and a track record of delivering high operational standards.
Prior experience in a branded hotel chain with both veg and non-veg offerings in India is mandatory

Work Experience Required

7-10 Years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor with a branded hotel chain with veg & non-veg food menu in India.
