Job Description

As the Chief Hospitality Officer (CHO) at Brik Oven, you will be the driving force behind our hospitality experience. You'll lead teams, champion culture, and elevate customer delight while ensuring financial and operational excellence. From building a learning-driven environment to delivering consistent guest experiences and driving growth, you'll play a central role in shaping the Brik Oven journey. - Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. - Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in respect, ownership, and teamwork. - Design and oversee training programs that enhance technical skills, service standards, and leadership development. - Create opportunities for continuous learning and growth, ensuring employees are engaged and future-ready. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen belonging and recognition. - Own outlet and cluster P&L performanceanalyze trends, identify opportunities, and optimize costs. - Monitor and control COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and manpower costs to maintain profitability. - Collaborate with finance on budgets, forecasting, and business planning. - Ensure consistent, high-quality service standards across outlets. - Build and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience at every touchpoint. - Proactively address customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty. - Drive sales growth through innovative hospitality initiatives. - Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities and market expansion. - Contribute to brand-building strategies that strengthen Brik Oven's positioning. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management. - Strong expertise in financial management, P&L, and COGS optimization. - Demonstrated ability to lead culture-building, training, and development initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset. - Proven success in driving guest satisfaction and business growth. - Passionate about hospitality, learning, and team success.
