Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations: Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Staff management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Customer service: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by interacting with guests and professionally resolving any complaints.
  • Financial management: Maintain budgets, control costs, manage inventory, and analyze financial and sales reports to improve profitability.
  • Inventory and purchasing: Monitor inventory levels, manage orders, and work with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Marketing and strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, attract customers, and enhance the restaurant's reputation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
