Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Incharge to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing restaurants or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Train new staff members on menu knowledge, customer service skills, and basic hospitality practices.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing restaurants or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
Knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and customer service principles.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
