Role Overview: As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and profitability of the restaurant. Your role will involve ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial targets, leading and developing the restaurant team, and maintaining operational excellence across all departments. You will serve as the driving force behind business growth, staff performance, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH). - Ensure smooth service, quality food, and adherence to brand and hygiene standards. - Monitor efficiency and coordination of all departments (service, kitchen, bar, housekeeping, security). - Develop and implement SOPs to streamline operations. - Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. - Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability. - Analyze P&L statements and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets. - Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies. - Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff. - Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure staff motivation and retention. - Foster a positive, professional, and teamwork-driven environment. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. - Ensure top-quality guest experience and handle VIP guests personally. - Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. - Maintain brand standards in service, presentation, and ambiance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and local partners. - Ensure adherence to FSSAI, excise, fire, and safety regulations. - Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in all operational areas. - Conduct regular audits and inspections. - Collaborate with marketing teams for events, campaigns, and promotions. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. - Drive guest loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives.
