Job Description: Restaurant Manager (Premium Standalone / Chain Restaurant)
Location: Newtown,Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience & calibre)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of restaurant operations ensuring flawless service execution.
• Lead, motivate, and groom front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain premium service etiquette, hygiene, ambience, and brand SOPs at all times.
• Handle VIP guests, reservations, feedback, and escalations with maturity and finesse.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, guest retention, and operational excellence.
• Manage staffing, rosters, training, inventory coordination, and cost controls.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with all local statutory and safety requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandatory: Experience as a Restaurant Manager / Senior Restaurant Leader in premium standalone restaurants or reputed restaurant chains in Kolkata.
• Hotel background is not preferred.
• Strong exposure to high-end dining, service standards, and guest engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Deep understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, and service-driven operations.
• Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and brand building.

This role is best suited for a restaurant professional who understands Kolkata’s premium dining audience and can lead a high-end restaurant independently with confidence and class.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
