Designing and executing standard operating procedure for various operational processes. Budgeting & billing. Supervise the execution of day-to-day activities in the maintenance of all utilities and infrastructure, including Group Housing or Apartments / Flats or Building Maintenance. Interact with the vendors and service providers and support in resolving any payment/ terms/ facility management related issues faced by them. Creating business continuity plans. Resolving emergency maintenance matters with urgency and periodically interaction with RWA or Stake Holders periodically.
