Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility Study & FSI Analysis

• Conduct feasibility studies based on zoning regulations, development control rules, and market requirements
• Calculate and optimize

  FSI/FAR, ground coverage, setbacks, height restrictions

  , and development potential
• Prepare area statements, yield calculations, and efficiency studies
• Support developers in maximizing land utilization and project viability

Design & Consultant Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, faade, and other consultants
• Ensure integrated and clash-free architectural designs
• Align design development with feasibility, cost, and timeline objectives

Authority & Statutory Coordination

• Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies for approvals and sanctions
• Prepare and submit drawings for planning, zoning, fire, environmental, and building permissions
• Address authority comments and revise submissions as required

Construction & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors and site execution teams
• Resolve architectural and technical issues during construction
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution as per approved drawings
• Issue architectural clarifications, revisions, and site instructions

Documentation & Communication

• Manage drawing registers, revisions, RFIs, and change management
• Prepare meeting minutes, coordination reports, and progress updates
• Maintain clear communication among all project stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  7+ years of professional experience

• Real estate firm experience is an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of local building by-laws, zoning regulations, and approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Male candidate preferred

• Pune-based candidate only
