• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in

  Architecture

  from a reputed institute •

  18+ years

  in Design & Development within real estate •

  5+ years

  in senior leadership roles (AVP / VP / Design Director) • Proven experience delivering

  large-scale residential & commercial projects

  • Strong exposure to

  Pune / Maharashtra regulatory framework

  (PMC, PMRDA)

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of

  real estate development lifecycle

  in Maharashtra • Expertise in

  building bye-laws, zoning, FSI/FAR & approval processes

  • Strong capability in

  project feasibility & due diligence

  • End-to-end understanding of

  Architectural, Structural, MEP & Landscape coordination

  • Familiarity with

  modern construction technologies & PEB systems

  • Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, BIM tools, MS Project / Primavera
