Role & responsibilities

Head Projects will lead the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects across markets, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, & client satisfaction.

This role requires strategic oversight, strong

leadership & deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects.

Will be responsible for defining and implementing project delivery strategies aligned with the firms global vision.

• Drive operational efficiency and profitability across all projects.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration & accountability.
• Facilitate cross-office knowledge exchange sessions to share best practices and organize workshops & internal sessions for innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Lead a team of 2-3 Project Lead/Associate Directors with multiple architectural projects from inception through completion
• Oversee planning, execution, profitability and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences & networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the escalation point for critical project issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 15+ years of professional experience
