Job Purpose To support the Safety Manager in implementing and monitoring EHS systems across the construction site. Documentation & Compliance Maintain EHS documents including daily reports, training records, inspection checklists, and safety statistics. Ensure compliance with project-specific and regulatory safety documentation requirements. Support ISO documentation and certifications (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001). 8. Coordination with Stakeholders Liaise with execution teams, subcontractors, and client representatives for safety planning. Ensure safety requirements are integrated into work methods and execution plans. Support the Safety Manager in client reviews, meetings, and progress reporting. Qualifications & Skills Education Diploma / Degree in Engineering with a professional safety qualification (e.g., ADIS, PDIS, NEBOSH IGC, or equivalent). Experience 8 to 14 years of experience in construction safety, including supervisory roles. Experience in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects preferred. Mivan Experience and high rise building experience. Knowledge Good understanding of construction hazards, safety laws, and EHS best practices. Familiarity with risk assessments, PTW systems, and emergency preparedness. Skills Strong supervision and coordination ability. Good communication, documentation, and incident investigation skills. Work closely with the sales team to convert potential leads to happy customers.
