Land Surveyor

Candidates must have experience in Residential projects

Surveying & Setting Out

• Conduct topographical, boundary, and contour surveys for residential project sites.
• Perform

  setting out of gridlines, centerlines, foundations, footings, walls, and key structural elements

  .
• Establish and maintain

  benchmarks, control points, and reference markers

  across the site.

2. Instrument Handling

• Operate and maintain survey instruments such as:

• Total Station

• Auto Level / Dumpy Level

• Theodolite

• GPS / DGPS

• Ensure periodic calibration and proper functioning of equipment.

3. Drawings & Documentation

• Interpret architectural, structural, and GFC drawings to extract coordinates and design levels.
• Prepare and update

  level sheets, survey logs, as-built drawings, and daily survey activity reports

  .
• Maintain complete documentation of survey data for verification and billing purposes.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate closely with

  Execution, Planning, QA/QC, and Subcontractor teams

  .
• Provide accurate survey support during

  excavation, foundation works, blockwork, roads, drainage, electrical trenches, and landscape works

  .
• Assist in verifying subcontractor measurements and work quantities.

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all measurements meet project design and IS code requirements.
• Verify that structural and civil elements are constructed within permissible tolerance limits.
• Identify deviations, highlight issues, and provide corrective solutions to site teams
