BIM Model Creation: Designing, modifying, and maintaining BIM models for electrical systems using software like Autodesk Revit. Coordination & Clash Detection: Ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid conflicts. Electrical System Design: Assisting in the design of lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarm & ELV system and communication systems using BIM tools. Documentation & Compliance : Preparing detailed electrical, plumbing, fire alarm & ELV layouts, schedules, and ensuring adherence to project-specific BIM execution plans. Quality Control & Model Reviews: Conducting clash detection using tools like Navisworks and ensuring models meet project specifications.
