Job Description

Create and manage BIM models for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
Model systems for residential, high-rise, and industrial buildings with attention to project-specific standards
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between MEP and architectural/structural elements
Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models
Integrate point cloud data for retrofit and renovation projects (Scan-to-BIM)
Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure model accuracy and timely updates
Perform load calculations, duct sizing, and cable tray routing as per project requirements
Maintain and update BIM libraries for frequently used components and families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/08/2025
