Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct land/topographic surveys using total stations, GPS, and other survey equipment. ● Establish site control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for construction works. ● Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, and records of measurements. ● Provide accurate layout and setting-out works for foundations, structures, roads, utilities, and other construction elements. ● Verify design drawings, dimensions, and levels before execution. ● Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve discrepancies in site measurements. ● Monitor ongoing works to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications. ● Perform as-built surveys and prepare final documentation for project handover. ● Maintain and calibrate survey instruments to ensure accuracy. ● Comply with safety standards and quality requirements on site . Qualifications & Skills: ● Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying (or equivalent). ● Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction/infrastructure projects. ● Proficiency in using Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, and other surveying software/tools. ● Strong knowledge of surveying methods, construction drawings, and site execution. ● Good communication and coordination skills with project teams. ● Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements. Preferred Experience: ● Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. ● Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. ● Ability to handle multiple survey activities simultaneously on large project sites.
