Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for Managing the strategic partnership with CQRA Planning and conducting third party quality audits across all sites PAN India as per the SOP Being the IT interface for all initiatives related to quality audits, commitment to customers, handover, snagging and FM services post possession Dimensions People related Will be influencing the zonal / regional quality heads, Will be coordinating & influencing senior stake holders like zonal /regional CC heads, HO Operations team, HO design team and HO quality teams & Zonal Operations heads Will also play crucial role in executing quality related initiatives led by “ Quality Council” Financial Getting all zones / regions to create necessary budgets and releasing the work order for quality audits by CQRA Geography PAN India Role Responsibilities Quality audit execution Guide team member to drive flawless quality audit execution. Present audit findings and follow up actions to senior leadership.
