The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex real estate development projects from initiation through completion. This role requires excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning and implementation of civil and infrastructure development projects. Manage high-rise building construction projects and plotting layouts. Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee land development, grading, road work, utility installations, and compliance with zoning regulations. Coordination & Supervision Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities. Monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews. Stakeholder Management Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Strong plotting/land development experience , including layout planning and execution. Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and contracts.
