Technical and Production Coordination: - Ensure accurate design transfer to production and resolve technical issues promptly, maintaining zero errors in design specifications, with attention to detail and efficient time management. 4. Material Management: - Oversee material procurement and delivery, ensuring zero delays and compliance with approved specifications, with strong leadership and team collaboration skills. 5 . Project Tracking and Reporting: - Track all active projects with real-time updates and submit accurate weekly status reports to management, with adaptability and quick response to changes. 6. Dispatch and Installation Coordination : - Ensure timely, accurate dispatch and flawless installation, with zero dispatch errors and minimal post-installation snags, and providing effective after-sales support. 7. Post-Delivery Client Service: - Address any post-delivery issues within 72 hours, ensuring client satisfaction and positive after-sales feedback, with strong client focus and conflict resolution skills. 8 . Internal Coordination: - Facilitate clear communication and alignment between showroom, production, and logistics teams to prevent errors and delays, with effective team collaboration. 9.
