Risk Management & Safeguarding Interests · Conduct legal due diligence of lands and properties prior to acquisition or development. · Identify potential risks in business transactions and provide risk-mitigation strategies. · Safeguard company interests in collaborations, partnerships, and joint ventures. 5. Leadership & Team Management · Lead the legal team and provide guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring. · Coordinate with internal departments (sales, projects, procurement, HR, finance) to address legal queries. · Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, authorities, and external stakeholders.
