The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site work. Maintain site documentation and report updates to management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/site engineering. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in site management, planning, and reporting. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
