We are looking a talented and creative Architectural Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and interior design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that enhance the user experience. This role will focus on designing and managing interior spaces for our own building projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets. Develop and present design concepts and plans, including sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings. Select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the overall design concept and project objectives. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with the architectural vision. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design specifications are being met and make adjustments as needed. Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and best practices in interior design and architecture. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to the development team and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience as an Architectural Interior Designer or similar role, preferably with experience in building development projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, particularly those related to building development.
